At KZ Labs LLC (“KZ Labs”), we are committed to providing high-quality research materials. Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy.
1. All Sales Final
All products sold by KZ Labs are intended for laboratory research use only.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final once shipped, except as outlined below.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or altered products under any circumstances.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A leaking vial

A missing item
You must notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation.
We stand by the purity of our products. However, due to the sensitive nature of peptides, replacements for reconstituted products are subject to strict quality control verification:

Reconstitution Media: Replacement requests are only honored if the researcher utilized KZ Labs or Hospira brand bacteriostatic water. Use of other solutions voids this guarantee.

Research Outcomes: We do not offer compensation or replacements based on subjective research results or experimental efficacy.

Failure to report within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
3. Shipping Issues
KZ Labs is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we may file a claim with the carrier at our discretion.
Replacement shipments are issued at our sole discretion.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
